Mark and Chris honored everything that they said on this purchase agreement. I purchased a 2010 Tacoma that had considerable rust on the frame. They had the vehicle undercoated as per Toyota recomendation. There was no additional charge for the repair. The vehicle is in great shape with only a few cosmetic needs that were easily corrected. I will check with Forthright first when I look for future auto purchases. Thank you Chris and Mark. It was a pleasure doing business with you both. PS You also have a great mascot with your greyhound.

We just recently purchased 2 cars, one new at a larger corporate dealership in town and one used here at Forthright. The difference in the amount of time it took to purchase was about 3 hours less at Forthright. Chris and Mark got right down to business with us, we knew exactly which one we wanted and they didn’t try to up-sell us on a different car. They also provided us useful information on the vehicle including the not so great reports. I felt like I was free to walk away from the deal any time as there was zero pressure. At the larger dealership we walked away exhausted, but here we were all in great spirits when we left. It was a good experience and we highly recommend Forthright for used vehicles.

They had good cars for good prices however earlier this month I bought a 2006 Mercedes that looked to be well taken care off with low mileage but the transmission ended up failing on me because the transmission was never serviced before I was informed. They say they inspect the cars before putting them on the lot for sale but if they did a good inspection then they would’ve at least put new transmission fluid. I believe the only thing they did was change the oil before putting the car up for sale. Luckily the transmission failed within the warranty period but they don’t hold themselves accountable for selling me a car that left me stranded. I’m happy with their selection of cars and prices but not how they put up a front saying that their cars are in good condition when they never even had the transmission checked. I tried holding them accountable to reimburse me the money I spent trying to get home (the car left me stranded while I was out of state) but they refused, I know it wasn’t my fault the car broke and I know it’s their fault to inconvenience me as such but they don’t like to help their customers when it truly comes down to it. Be careful.

I’ll be short and to the point. There were issues two times. I kept getting pushed off by the sales man and service manager. The owner mark is a respectable person who is willing to help and make things right. The sales man and service manager are rude... but I mean I guess that’s sales? To end on a positive note at the end of the day mark is a good person to do business with.
